1.1. These Multiplayer Dev Starter Pack Terms (“Terms”) are a legal document that outlines the terms under which you ("DEVELOPER") are submitting your game, demo, concept, or idea ("GAME") to the Multiplayer Dev Starter Pack pipeline ("PIPELINE")
1.2. The PIPELINE is managed by the Game Development World Championship ("GDWC") and its parent company Ace Lagoon Oy ("Ace").
1.3. The PIPELINE is managed in collaboration with i3D.net and Modulate, both independently referred to as "PARTNER" or together as "PARTNERS".
1.4. Any submission to the PIPELINE is under the general GDWC Terms of Service, unless otherwise stated.
1.5. By submitting a GAME to the PIPELINE, DEVELOPER states that they have all the required ownership, rights, and consent required to do so.
1.6. By submitting a GAME to the PIPELINE, DEVELOPER gives GDWC the permission to share the provided data with PARTNERS.
1.7. By submitting a GAME to the PIPELINE, DEVELOPER agrees to give GDWC and the PARTNERS and representatives of GDWC and PARTNERS the right to handle and review the provided data and be in contact with DEVELOPER as is required to for the purposes of processing the game for publishing, investment, collaboration, partnership, or other consideration.
1.8. The PIPELINE submission does not change the ownership or DEVELOPER's IP.
1.9. PARTNERS will offer selected DEVELOPERS free services, service credits, free tools, discounts, or other benefits ("BENEFITS").
1.10. DEVELOPER understands and agrees that submitting their GAME to the PIPELINE does not guarantee access to the BENEFITS from PARTNERS or any other deal or offer.
1.11. To use or access these provided BENEFITS developer may have to access separate terms or conditions provided by PARTNERS or 3rd parties.
1.12. PARTNERS reserve the right to remove or change the provided BENEFITS at any time.
1.13. Provided BENEFITS can't be changed to money.
1.14. DEVELOPER is responsible if any taxes or other fees and charges are applied to any of their claimed BENEFITS by their local laws, authorities, or other third parties.
1.15. Due to international sanctions, embargos, and other legal limitations, developers from certain countries can't participate in the PIPELINE. This includes developers from following countries: Iran, Russia, Belarus, Syria, North Korea. Other countries not mentioned here may also be or become under sanctions, embargos, or other legal limitations preventing participation from developers located in said countries. In such case, GDWC and PARTNERS may disqualify any affected PIPELINE submissions.
1.16. Accessing or using provided BENEFITS may be limited by same or other international sanctions, embargos, or other legal limitations.
1.17. GDWC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
1.18. GDWC and Ace are not responsible or liable for any neglect, ommission, or failure to deliver on promises or responsibilities made to DEVELOPER or any other users directly or via GDWC or Ace by either PARTNER or PARTNERS together or other 3rd parties.
